Footing Drain-Tile

Due to the nature of the soil, as well as the amount of precipitation that this area gets, a footing drain was required.  Before backfilling the footings, we installed a 4" perforated drain-tile, and buried it in washed gravel.  The drain will take all moisture from the footing down the hill and into a dry well.  Gutter drains will be handled in a similar manner, and will drain to the same dry well.
