Forms 3

Today we had an easy day. 

In a matter of a few hours, we were able to drop all of the vertical rebar in the forms.  I used 48" wood stakes to hang the vertical rebar.  The bottom of the verticals include a 90degree bend that ties both bottom horizontals.  Care was taken to keep all steel at least 3 inches from any surface, ground, form, or top of the footing. Rebar safety caps were also installed on all upright rebar.

Tomorrow we have an inspection for footings and steel.

Day after that we pour concrete!
