Car-port Removal

The existing car-port is detached from the home, and is held up by two small walls, and 6 4x4 posts.  The walls were stripped and all post brackets unbolted.

The fence between the rear of the pad and the neighboring property, as well as the small trash can slab were also removed.  Fence posts were pulled out using the F-250.

After I had done everything I could from the ground, I hitched the truck up to the carport, and gave it a tug.  It didnt take much!

With the carport down, stripping the roof shingles and salvaging whatever material I could became MUCH easier.

Take note of the two large trees shown in this photo.  removing those is the next task!  My back hurts already!
